1. All proceeds from the sales of items in the Community Shop (CS) will be funneled into the Charity Division of RBE Psychological Services

2. Items catalogued for sale are considered donated to the CS and are therefore irrevocable 

3. Cataloguing involves a. contacting the point person for shop inventory, Dayna b. filling-out an inventory and donation form 

4. Items are expected to be stored by the donor 5. Once an order has been placed or sold, the buyer is responsible for shouldering all costs for transfer or shipping 

6. Buyers and sellers are expected to consummate the sale along fair practices. The point person for shop inventory may mediate to help consummate the sale 

7. The clinic is not responsible for any damages or losses as these are expected to be agreed upon by buyer and seller as they agree on the exchange

9. Releasing of items with donors are subject to approval from the point person for inventory who checks if payment has been received
